Infrastructure, Information, and Communication Discussion:

Break into three groups: infrastructure, information, and communication. People self-select depending on their interest - break into groups with facilitators

Alternative (if you don't have enough facilitators for above) or additional Exercise (if you have enough time) -Begin technology planning for groups:

why is there no alt textGoal: To give folks an opportunity to develop next steps with peers and articulate what they will be.

Break into small groups again and have them discuss the steps they will take in starting to develop a technology plan for their organization. Have a report back from each of the groups - have a leader present on what each organization in their group will do when they go back.

Evaluation:

Do a simple plus/minus exercise to find out from folks what was helpful about the day and what wasn't.
