Directory of Low Income Organizations Working on Welfare Issues
This Directory is the product of the Welfare Law Center's intensive efforts to gather key information about groups of low income individuals who are working for a fair and humane income support system in this country. This Edition includes listings for 189 groups in 44 states and as well as for 6 groups in Canada (this includes multiple offices for some groups). Many of the groups are made up exclusively of low income people; others have memberships that include both low income people.
